We publish our exact rates upfront, so you know your costs before we ever turn a wrench — with zero hidden fees and no unexpected add-ons.
Mobile Service & Travel Fee
$75flat
What it covers: Bringing our fully equipped mobile unit, specialized diagnostic tools, and technician directly to your location within our standard Boerne / Kendall County service area.
Policy: This is an arrival and dispatch fee, separate from diagnostic or repair labor.
Mobile Diagnostic Testing
$145/ hr
What it covers: Professional system scans, electrical testing, and hands-on physical inspection to isolate the exact root cause of your vehicle's issue.
Policy: One-hour minimum.
Repair Labor Rate
$145/ hr
What it covers: Performing the pinpointed repair using OEM-quality parts.
Policy: Labor is billed strictly using standard industry repair guides (ALLDATA / Mitchell 1). You pay the published repair time, never a minute more.
Diagnostic credit: $50 of your diagnostic fee is credited toward repair labor if you book the repair within 30 days.
$50 of this is credited toward repair labor if you move forward with the fix within 30 days — effectively a $170 diagnostic if you repair with us.
A dealer diagnostic alone often runs $150–300+ before any repair — and that's after dropping your car off and waiting days for a bay to open. We diagnose on site, the same visit, with $50 already working toward your repair.

All repair work and parts costs require your full approval before any work begins. Diagnostic credit applies to the same issue diagnosed and is applied as a line item on the repair invoice.

Credit Card Surcharge
